because, breakfast..


breakfast is something that I didnt always eat but I have changed that and now it's my most important meal. I wanted to share a recipe I use ALOT. Really simple, with ingredients that don't cost a fortune and most likely with food already in your kitchen. And my kids love it.
Shown in this picture I shared on Instagram {I'm not a foodie photographer so don't hate}, is cinnamon    french toast: 
Total time: 5 minutes
Prepare your bread (I use a multi grain since I can't stand white bread) - I just use a plain egg wash with some cinnamon
Topping: 
Yogurt
Blueberries
Bananas
Goji berries {substitute with any berries you may have}
Honey
and of course a sprinkle of cinnamon.
