It goes a little something like this..

I haven't officially put my girls into a crossfit club yet but we do a lot of fun crossfit things together. One of the sets we do that is kid friendly is:

10 lunges
10 push ups
10 squats
10 sit ups
10 jumping jacks

Repeat 4-5 times a day

And we are not shy about poppin' these out at the local park and playground.
And remember, as with any sport, please use your discretion when working out with yo' kids.
