night moves




while lola was at gym for four and a half hours training last night, me and my nine year old homie went to my favorite dirt track and did some crossfit {actually, she did crossfit, i ran laps}.i'm a big believer that you don't need some over priced gym to get some serious cardio and exercise. i'm also a big believer that exercising with your kids rules. anyways, she was stoked to be back on the workout game since we both took a few months off from daily workouts.. some things carmen did:
lunges
cartwheels
stairs
handstand holds
sprints
obviously, there is risk for injury - there is with any high intensity physical activity, so just make sure you supervise and use your judgement as to what your little homies can handle.
