what she ate

i have turned into a gymnastics mom. kind of like a soccer mom but without the mini van. the youngest of my crew is currently training in the CAD program where she'll train for at least another year before she can try out for the competitive program. she's been doing this for a year and wants to win a gold medal and a stanley cup in gymnastics {her words} someday. she's four.
above is a photo of her lunch today. i'm learning what to feed an athlete. it's been a process.
lettuce, cucumbers, and cherry tomatoes. with ranch dressing.
whole grain bread with peanut butter.
apple juice.
