a sweet little something..

i came across this cute little recipe here and wanted to share as we make these all the time. these veggie roll-ups or "pinwheels" are the perfect meal that your kiddos can pretty much make from start to finish. enjoy.
4 tortilia wraps
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1 cup yogurt
3 cups vegetables, e.g. 1 cup julienned yellow bell pepper, 1 cup of sprouts, 1 cup sliced black olives
lay out your wraps
add cream cheese first so when those teeny tiny hands start rolling the sandwiches at the end, they'll stay together..
add all your ingredients
roll them up
cut into diagonal slices to give them that "pinwheel" look
serve with your wee one's favorite drink.
